Round 2 saw the Skip Barber eRace Series go overseas to Spa Francorchamps in Belgium. For Hunter, time was not available for qualifying and he only had about 15 minutes to lay down some laps for the entire week. But even with just a few laps, Hunter barely was able to qualify for the race starting from P20.
Race 1
Starting P20, the race got off to a clean start and Hunter quickly made up positions the first lap. While battling for position on the 3rd lap, Hunter made a move into the final corner to go into P12. With his opponent right on his gearbox, Hunter lead them down to Raidillon and Eau Rouge. At the top of the crest Hunter was tapped in the rear by the car behind him, sending him spinning off into the barriers at an extremely high rate of speed causing terminal damage to his formula 4 car. He would go on to finish in P20 after having to reset his car to the pits.
Race 2
With a new car and a huge lineup of cars in front of him, Hunter started race 2 much like the last race. Moving through the field, Hunter quickly found himself up to P8 within the first two laps. Going into the 4th lap, the field was nose to tail from P1 all the way to P15. Coming down Kemmel Straight the 4th place car was turned causing a huge crash involving many top drivers in the field. Hunter went into the grass on the right side of the track and mostly skipped past the incident until a car that was rolling backwards across the track decided to not hold in their brakes, suddenly slamming into the nose of Hunter’s formula 4 car resulting in a destroyed race car.
Although with a lot of damage, Hunter continued on racing holding P12 until he was passed by two cars without damage. He would limp his F4 car across the finish line in 14th position after starting last and getting involved in an insanely huge incident.
